Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track individuals across sessions. It collects only aggregate, anonymous data:

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on infrastructure we operate in Canadian, UK, and EU data centres. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. SMS Communications
When you communicate with WEDULabs via SMS/text message, or provide your mobile phone number for service-related communications, we collect and process the following information:
- Phone number — required to exchange SMS messages with you
- Message content — the text of messages sent and received between you and our team
- Message metadata — date, time, and delivery status of messages
- Carrier name — identified automatically by the messaging service
How we use SMS data. We use this information to:
- Communicate with you about active projects, support requests, and service delivery
- Respond to inquiries you initiate via SMS
- Coordinate scheduling and technical matters between our engineers and your team
- Maintain records of service communications for quality and accountability
We do not use SMS to send marketing messages, promotional content, or automated campaign communications. All SMS communication is service-related and occurs in the context of an active client relationship.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS data with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS data may be shared with:
- Messaging service providers — third-party platforms that facilitate SMS delivery, acting as data processors under our instruction
- Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or similar legal process
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
Data retention. SMS message records are retained for the duration of our service relationship plus any period required by applicable law or contractual obligations. You may request deletion of your SMS data by contacting us at privacy@wedulabs.com.
Opt-out. You may stop receiving SMS messages from WEDULabs at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from us
- Emailing privacy@wedulabs.com with your phone number and a request to opt out

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communication channels or your service agreement.
